After the realization that I’ve never actually read any of Stephen Kings books I figured what better place to start than his first published novel Carrie. Lucky for me I was able to track down the original 1974 hardcover. I’ll also be playing the Castlevania fans dream come true, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon on Nintendo Switch. A trailer for the Adult Swim show The Shivering Truth was released and I will continue you to watch it in excitement until the show premiers on December 9th. And Finally, I l’ll be listening to the classic metal masterpiece Screaming For Vengeance.

The theme of this week is clearly “strange“. I’ll be diving back into the Netflix series after picking up season 2 on “VHS“, reading a book about said series, playing a game with a very strange take on the “Metroid-vania“ sub-genre and celebrating the birthday of one of hip-hops strangest M.C’s.
